They may be ethical and responsible but are not truly working for the buyer since the seller has come to them first. The first priority is to sell the home not find the buyer the RIGHT home.

Having a buyers agent in place before you tour allows you to not be pressured into buying a home you really may not want or need. By stating up front you are already working with an agent this will allow you to get the deal you want and the home you really desire.
