Sedona Home Prices Jump Up 
Average and Median price  jumped up, both when compared to the prior three months (Aug Sept Oct) and when compared with last October.

 

The Average Price increased 7% from Aug/Sept/Oct 2010 and 12% from last Oct, while the median increased 12% from Aug/Sept/Oct 2010 and 11% from Octoboer 2010.

 

Buyers, however, got a lot more house for the buck as the price per square foot dropped 9% from last October and 11% from the prior three months.

Sedona Sales of Existing Homes
Unit sales of existing homes declined 3% from October 2010.  

 

Sales of Foreclosures and Short Sales

Of the 447  active listings on October 2011, 43 were distressed properties accounting for 9.9% of the market, up from August's rate of 8.8,  but remained relatively flat from September.
